There is something about Michael !!!!

Michael Joseph Jackson was born in Gary Indiana, August 29th, 1958. When he hit the stage as a young man, he knew then that he was born to entertain. Eight years later, in Brooklyn, New York, a man by the name of Michael Gerard Tyson was born on June 30th, 1966. Both of these individuals faced challenges in their childhood. Michael Jackson began to work at a very young age and continued doing what he loved but he always talked about how much he missed out on his childhood and was never able to do what normal children did such as high school sports, prom, going out on dates and all the things that most children did. Mike Tyson was raised by a single mom in the rough and tough streets of Bedford- Stuyvesant. He was constantly teased and was a victim of bullying at a young age. Mike Tyson was also one who was constantly having troubles with the law at as well. As time went on, both of these gentlemen would go on to dominate their fields of expertise where Mike Tyson who was known as Iron Mike, Kid Dynamite and a list of other names became the youngest boxer to become a heavyweight champion at the age of 20 years and four months. During this same time period, Michael Jackson would go on to have the biggest selling album of all time known as “Thriller”. Both of these men not only were dominant as far as their performances but both of these Michaels were constantly showing up in the news media. They were constantly targeted and ridiculed by the media. Nevertheless, their names were always being mentioned in barbershops, schools, radio shows and tabloids. Today, a year has gone by since Michael Jackson has transitioned from this world. Mike Tyson is now retired from boxing. Both men have had to endure challenges from people in this world but one thing cannot be denied. That fact is that these two are household names that will live forever due to the impact that they made on this world.
